Reg Chamberlain
Reg is a former senior adviser to the Prime Minister of Australia and a veteran campaign and public affairs strategist across politics, industry and government.
With over 20 years’ experience, he has held a diverse range of senior roles at the highest levels of government and for some of Australia’s best-known brands including Westpac and The NRMA.
From dozens of successful election, advocacy and industry campaigns through to advising boards and senior executive teams on corporate reputation, Reg delivers clarity, creativity and cut-through for any communications or strategic challenge. Jo Pretyman
Jo works at the intersection of culture, politics, commerce and human rights, working with brands, NGOs and governments to design culturally relevant and aspirational solutions to complex global problems.
Jo has delivered human rights campaigns, policy programs and capacity building initiatives across Asia for the United Nations, US Government, Meta, Google, Whatsapp and major international NGOs including the Rockefeller Foundation and Open Society Foundations. Previously Jo founded a leading Australian NGO, I-Manifest, working at the forefront of designing future models for education and the creative industries for at-risk youth Government and leading brands Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia, L’Oréal, Country Road x Red Cross, GQ and Biennale of Sydney.

Damian Damjanovski
With 18 years’ of experience across a broad range of strategic fields and specialties, including as a former Senior Adviser to the Prime Minister of Australia, Damian has a proven and unique ability to develop and implement strategy in some of the most challenging circumstances.
Highly awarded for his creative and strategic thinking, Damian has solved complex problems and enhanced reputations for many well-known organisations including the Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, Vodafone, Quantium, The Coca-Cola Company, AMEX, The Australian Government, World Food Bank, and numerous others.

Julianna Burgess
Julianna is a senior communications practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the private sector and government, where she served as a Senior Adviser and Media Adviser to two Prime Ministers and several federal ministers, including the Minister for Energy.
Julianna previously held the role of Communications Director at an independent PR agency, managing strategic communications and campaigns for clients across a broad range of sectors.

Matt Rowley
Matt has extensive experience in media and marketing, having been a global marketer at GSK before running and owning creative agencies in London.
After returning to Australia in 2013 he held the role of Chief Revenue Officer for Fairfax Media before taking the helm as CEO at Pedestrian Group in 2019 where he won Large Publishing Company and Leader of The Year at the 2021 Mumbrella Publishing awards. Matt was also Chair of IAB Australia over two different two-year terms.
